The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) wishes to inform the Filipino public that technical difficulties may be encountered when attempting to contact the Department. This is due to the line restructuring operations of the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company.
In this regard, the public may call the DFA alternate trunkline number at 556-0000.
They may also send fax messages through the Passport Director’s Office at 836-7759 for all inquiries regarding consular matters.
