A Minute of Prayer for OFWs to be Executed in China

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) calls for a one-minute silence at 12 p.m today, (March 30, 2011) for the three Filipinos (Sally Villanueva, Ramon Credo and Elizabeth Batain ) set to be executed before noon today in China.
