Financial security is what most OFWs look for in companies since they are supporting their children’s education.

OFWs continue to look for jobs abroad because the income they generate working in the Philippines doesn’t suffice for their family to live a better life. And only if this aspect is meet will OFWs decide to return to the Philippines.

AboitizPower continuously scouts for individuals that will become part of their growing community as the business expands, employing more than 3,000 Filipinos already.

DOLE’s Assist WELL program provides assistance in welfare, employment, legal and livelihood that are primarily targeting OFWs.

Aside from AboitizPower, Coca-Cola had also signed partnership with DOLE for the program.
