Can an OFW that goes to United Arab Emirates (UAE) using a tourist visa and got caught while applying for a job go back as a legal worker?
At the fan page of WorkAbroad.ph, a member named Kai asked this question:
Mga Kabayan, I need your advice.
Facebook fans were quick to provide a response to Kai’s questions. Some said that the ban is not permanent and would only last for six (6) months while others say it will be for one (1) year. One fan provided the contact details of the UAE Embassy in Taguig as this is the agency that can give accurate and complete information about the inquiry.
