PH Embassy in New Zealand: Mobile Consular Services

In line with the goal of the Philippine Embassy in New Zealand to render effective consular services to Filipinos in New Zealand that are staying in areas far from the Embassy’s location, they are conducting mobile consular services and Overseas Absentee Voting (OAV) registration for Filipino residents of Dunedin and neighboring areas on 2-5 August 2012 at the Work & Income, Dunedin Central Community Link,  Corner Castle and St Andrew Streets, Dunedin.

The consular services will include passport renewal/issuance, authen tication, notarial, NBI fingerprinting, dual citizenship and Overseas Absentee Voting (OAV).

The  Embassy encourages all  Filipino citizens in the area to register for Overseas

This is the eleventh of the series of mobile consular services afterAuckland, that the Embassy will be conducting for Filipinos inNew Zealandusing the ePassport data capturing machines.  Three (3) mobile passport processing machines will be made available.  Priority will be given to Filipinos staying inDunedinand neighboring areas.

Schedule for the consular services and OAV registration is 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on 2-4 August 2012 while on 5 August 2012 the schedule is only from 9:00 to 12:00 p.m. Appointment for the mobile passport processing in Dunedin can be made through the Philippine Embassy in Wellington at (04) 4729848 and (04)4729921.
