According to the POEA, the deployment ban of OFW in Libya stays despite the recent death of ousted Libyan President, Muammar Gaddafi. Dear Kabayan: Open Letter for OFWs in Dubai

Melissa of My Baket List guests posts today on OFWAbroad. Her entry is an open letter for her kababayans (fellow Filipinos) in Dubai, UAE.

Dear Kabayan

“Kabayan!”
