Important Reminders for Passport Mobile Services

  • The processing of passports at Mobile Passport Services is guided by the Philippine Passport Act of 1996 and its implementing rules and regulations, other relevant Department Orders, Circulars and Memoranda.
  • Participation in the Mobile Passport Services must be coordinated with the Passport Coordinator designated by the Local Government Unit (LGU) in advance. The designated LGU Passport Coordinator will collect copies of the application forms from interested applicants at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled date of the mobile passport service.
  • The LGU Passport Coordinator will inform the applicant of the indicative time during which he or she will have to file the passport application on the scheduled date of the Mobile Passport Service.
  • Personal appearance is a requirement for all passport applicants.
  • The Mobile Passport Service will not accept applications for the replacement of lost valid passports but will entertain applications for lost expired passports.
  • The Mobile passport fee is same with the Expedite Rate.

    what about renewing passport,,how much,,so people will know how much to pay,what about if the husband died and applicant wants to to use her  fathers last name as when she was single,what are the requirements,,thanks a lot for having this website hope this will a lot of us,,carry onType your comment here.

    panu po kaya kung ayaw release ng agency ang original documents? wala pa naman contract na pinirmahan. wala po kasi ng yayari sa pag process ng papers gusto lang mag medical at mag bayad ng half ng placement fee pero walang kasiguraduhan yung pag alis magiging waiting lang kung kaylan aalis, hangang sa maExpired na yung medical. panu po kaya yun? sana po matulungan nyo ako sa dapat kung gawin.

    why this memo sa late? dapat 1 month before the mobile schedule, nka post na ito dahil magsu submit pa ng application form 2 weeks in advance.

    SA KASO KO PO AY “NOT FIT FOR WORK” ANG EVALUATION NG ISANG MEDICAL CLINIC DAHIL PO SA X-RAY FINDINGS NILA, PERO WALA NAMAN PONG NAKITANG MASAMA SA ISINAGAWANG X-RAY SA AKIN NG LUNG CENTER OF THE PHILS. ANG EVALUATION NG LUNG CENTER AY “FIT TO WORK”. PWEDE PO BANG IPASARA O KASUHAN ANG CLINIKANG ITO?

    sa katulad nming nsa abroad ang bagong rules ng pagrerenew ng passport ay npakahirap…d tulad dati pag mgbakasyon pwede na irenew ang passport khit vacation nmin 30days lng..ngayopn ang daming steps aplicable sana yun sa mga nsa pilipinas lng kc anytime kung kelangan ang mga follow up makakapunta agad.pano kung flight na ulit pbalikng abroad…kya parang cnv nrin nila renew nlng din sa lugar kung saan sila!!!sa saudi hindi kya allowed na any time aalis lalo pat single ok lng sa lalaki pano nman sa babae?sana my rules din sila pra sa mga ofw  lalo na sa renew ng passport.mkikita nman kung abroad ka…sana po tulungan nyo mga ofw pagdating sa gnitong bagay dhil isa pa yan sa isipin ng ofw.SALAMAT PO!!!

    requirements for new passport..NSO BC, valid id’s like sss id, postal id, driver license, employee’s id, voters id..and any supporting documents. payment is only 500 to 950. it depends on you whether if it is rush or ordinary..
