Invest at an independent gas station Hi, I am an OFW from Middle East I have started my independent gas station for a year and for now its going strong. Anyone who might be availing the OWWA loan, can look at putting up their own gas station, ( no franchise fee) for the following reasons                – highly demand commodity                – short time turn over                – increasing demand due to increase vehicle purchase With your budget of 2M would be enough to put up one like the “Bulilit gas station”. Compared to other franchise players, margin is minimal so you have to play by the volume to reach their quota. Here, you are your own boss at very flexible margin.
