According to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), medical students, graduates and workers seem to be a favorite target of scammers. For this reason, the government agency wishes to remind healthcare students and professionals not to fall into the prey of the swindlers.
The POEA advisory said that they have received a number of reports regarding illegal recruitment of medical professionals and skilled workers. Complainants said that they have received the fake job offers thru email. The supposed job offer is for a hospital in Switzerland.
