DFA Office Is Closed On June 30

The Department of Foreign Affairs Office of Consular Affairs announced that it will be closed for processing and releasing of passports and authenticated documents on June 30 (Wednesday).

June 30 was declared a non-working holiday for the inauguration of President-elect Benigno Aquino III. Appointments for processing and release of passports and authenticated documents scheduled for that day will be accommodated on July 1-2, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Regular working schedule will resume on July 1 (Thursday).

    There is going to be a new government and a new DFA head I think.

    hi rrjm. Sec. Romulo remains as the DFA head and fyi, we are going to have a new President or new administration but not a new government.

    yah. just a new administration not a new form of government.

    I guess secretary Romulo stays because he has always been pro Noynoy even during GMA’s administration.
