The Balik-manggagawa Processing Center in the POEA main office in Ortigas shall be open on December 26, 2009 (Saturday) and December 30, 2009 (Rizal Day) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm. in anticipation of the influx of OFWs after Christmas Day. Read more
