Who Can Apply:
OFW returnees under EPS KLT who have not claimed their insurance benefits (DIRECT CLAIMANTS ONLY, NO FIXERS)

Where To Apply:
HRD-KOREA – Resident Office in Manila 1607 Prestige tower Emerald Street, Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Requirements:
Copy of Passport
Photocopy of Passbook (under the applicant’s name)
Bank Swift Code (ask your local bank for their bank swift code)
