The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) expects that many OFWs will return to the Philippines this Christmas season so to prevent overcrowding, the government agency released an advisory for all who will apply for travel tickets clearances or OECs. Returning OFWs are advised to observe certain procedures in order to maintain smooth and fast processing of OECs.
