A memorandum of understanding (MOU) was recently signed between Korea Labor Education Institute (KLEI), and the Philippine government agencies, DOLE and POEA. One of the provisions stated in the said MOU is the creation and promotion of labor education program for the Employment Permit System (EPS)-Korea workers.

The MOU was signed by DOLE Undersecretary Luzviminda Padilla, Baldoz, and KLEI President Han Seung Sun at the POEA office last May 2. Read more.
