A federal territory of USA, Guam may hire 20,000 foreign workers from year 2010 to 2012. According to Mr. Vic Fernandez, president of PASEI, an association of licensed recruitment agencies in the Philippines, there is a plan to transfer the base of US Marines from Okinawa, Japan to Guam in 2010.
