hi alvin. be very careful in dealing with these kind of emails. There is a big chance na scam ito, marami nang na-scam ang ganyang style. isa pa, direct hiring is not allowed in the first place. you can check the employer with the UK embassy to know if legit yung company sa UK or you can report this to POEA at 722-1144/722-1155. If the email sender starts asking you for any money para ma-process ang papers mo- report it agad sa POEA because scam talaga sila. good luck.
