   is this opportunity applicable to all ofw regardless of where they come from? i myself came from south cotabato province, who will be the contact person or agency in that province?

   So if none, i guess every congressional district should have a responsible contact person or department to handle such program or whatever program government have for ofw, so that coming to metro manila or other cities designated which is very far from place will minimize.

   I think ofw will be gratefull when the programs are reachable.
   Coming to metro manila just for inquiries is too expensive.
